We normally run monthly tours of our project from May to September for two hours on Saturday mornings in exchange for donations. Due to Coronavirus we cancelled our public tours in 2020. We’re hoping to back to normal in 2021!
We are also happy to give private tours to small groups for a set fee. These will normally last 2-3 hours and typically cost £50 for the group.
Please get in contact with us to arrange details.
Workshops and tuition
We can organise workshops and one to one tuition by prior arrangement. This often suits people who come on tours but want to spend more time with us concentrating on specific subjects. Please contact us for more details.
- Wild foods and edible landscapes: This workshop consists of a walk around the local area identifying wild edibles and discussing them from a permacultural perspective, followed by a tour of our plot focusing on how we’ve used inspiration from wild landscapes to create our own edible landscape at home.
- Round wood timber framing: Learn how to make mortise and tenon joints in round wood frames.
- We can also offer advice and consultancy sessions on your own low impact projects and visions.
